О роли
- To provide accurate manual or automatic orders to suppliers based on all necessary information.
- Monitor timely deliveries and inform the Commercial team of any issues that arise.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels in stores and Distribution Centers (DC), take measures to prevent stockouts.
- Manage promotional orders.
- Monitor information related to primary suppliers and Logistic Variation (LV) for each store or DC.
- Inform the procurement team when encountering two primary suppliers for a product.
- Update the scheduling for manual or automatic orders in the system for each store or DC.
- Ensure the active process of automatic filling for all types of orders and manual order placement.
- Provide support to the auto-replenishment team if needed for order confirmation.
- Manage orders for newly opened stores.
