Vakansiya haqqında

Location: Baku

Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining a professional and presentable office environment

Office Management:

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Managing office supplies (stationery, water, coffee, etc.)
  • Coordinating with couriers, service providers, and contractors
  • Maintaining basic office documentation and records
  • Providing administrative support to management and staff
  • Handling routine organizational and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Female candidate, age 23–35
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or office manager is preferred
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage)
  • Confident PC user (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and responsibility
  • Ability to multitask and maintain office order
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and stress resistance

Conditions

  • Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
