Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing at least one of the following categories is required (Spare parts, Electrical materials, Plumbing materials, Construction materials, Equipment and machinery, Inspection services, Ventilation equipment, Other related goods and services)
• Knowledge and practical understanding of procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani; good knowledge of English and Russian

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate procurement processes for assigned categories of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and available products or services.
• Identify, communicate with, and evaluate suitable suppliers.
• Request, collect, analyze, and compare commercial quotations from suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Ensure that purchased goods and services comply with the required technical specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and monitor commercial terms, including pricing and other relevant procurement conditions.
• Maintain effective communication and business relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure that procurement activities are conducted in accordance with the company’s procurement procedures and internal requirements.
• Maintain and organize procurement-related documentation and records.
• Support the resolution of procurement-related issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of procurement processes and practices.

Working conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 10:00 till 19:00).

• Salary: 1900 AZN net
