Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
Support the preparation of monthly management reports for management review.
Support the tracking and analysis of capital expenditures against budgets and forecasts and assist in the preparation of variance analysis.
Support the implementation of cost optimization initiatives.
Provide support during internal and/or external audit processes and prepare the required financial information and documentation.
Assist in developing and maintaining of financial models, analytical tools and processes for financial analysis.
Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data required for reporting, budgeting and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
1-2 years of relevant work experience (reporting or consulting experience is a plus; experience in Big4/Big10 companies is an advantage).
ACCA FA is a must (FR and/or FM is an advantage).
Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.
Strong verbal and written English skills (Russian is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
