Office Location - The Club Port Baku

Main Accountability

Issuance of invoices to corporate customers on timely basis
Keeping track of outstanding invoices
Matching purchase orders with good receive notes and supplier invoices
Costing supplier invoices and processing with payments using online banking system
Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Preparation of documentation and follow up on petty cash expenses
Assist in preparation of Financial Statements
Assist in internal and external audit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred;
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;
Understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation processes;
Good knowledge of MS Excel;
Good command of English or Russian;
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage;
Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
International accounting or finance certifications are an advantage.
