Role Description The Content and Social Media Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Baku. This role involves creating and scheduling social media posts, drafting product-related content, and supporting the overall online presence of My self across platforms. The assistant will help plan simple content calendars, respond to basic audience interactions, and gather visuals (photos, short videos) for use in social media. Daily tasks include coordinating with the owner or main manager to understand product priorities, updating profiles and product descriptions, monitoring post performance, and suggesting improvements to increase engagement. The position requires being present on-site to capture content, understand products in detail, and collaborate directly with the team.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with the team and audience.
Candidates should possess Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms and support promotional activities.
Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging posts about products.
Basic understanding of visual content (images, short videos) and familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is beneficial.
Ability to work part-time on-site in Baku, manage time effectively, and follow brand guidelines is required.
Attention to detail, reliability, and an interest in products, marketing, or content creation will be considered an advantage.
