• Manage the development of positioning concept and communication in social networks;
• Collect statistical data collection and report thereof
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Experienced in managing social media accounts in a timely, organized, and responsible manner.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Skilled in monitoring community engagement, responding to inquiries, and maintaining consistent brand communication across platforms.
