We are looking for an experienced Event & Production Manager to lead the full cycle of brand events, offline activations, advertising shoots, and content production projects in Baku.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver brand events, sports and entertainment activations, partnership projects, and private events
• Manage projects from concept, budget, venue selection, and production planning through execution and reporting
• Organize events and shoots involving major artists, celebrities, influencers, ambassadors, and special guests
• Coordinate artist booking, riders, travel, accommodation, security, rehearsals, and backstage operations
• Manage advertising shoots, branded content production, and event filming from brief to final delivery
• Source and manage venues, event agencies, production studios, technical teams, and other suppliers
• Control budgets, contracts, deadlines, logistics, and production quality
• Coordinate all teams and contractors on-site and resolve operational issues quickly
• Measure results, including attendance, reach, content output, leads, registrations, and budget performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management, brand activations, entertainment, sports, hospitality, or agency projects
• Strong experience organizing events in Baku and an established local network
• Proven experience working with major artists, celebrities, hosts, or influencers
• Hands-on experience managing advertising shoots, branded content, or event production
• Strong knowledge of event production, including stage, lighting, sound, screens, branding, filming, and technical venue requirements
• Experience managing large budgets, multiple suppliers, and tight deadlines
• A portfolio of completed events and production projects
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate English.
