Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Sustainability team, providing support on sustainability assurance and advisory projects. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and the ability to learn quickly. You will be part of a dynamic team, working with leading clients in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering sustainability reports in line with global frameworks like GRI, SASB, CSRD and etc.;
Provide support to senior team members in business development, including research and proposal preparation;
Stay informed about current global sustainability and climate change trends and regulations;
Prepare presentation materials for internal and external audiences, including desk review, summarization, and design;
Participate in ESG assurance engagements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in fields like Energy and Environmental Management, Climate Change, Environmental Science, Economics, Geography, Supply Chain, or Business;
Understanding of sustainability principles, including international standards and climate policies;
Proficiency in managing environmental data and performing calculations;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Teamwork ability and multitasking skills;
Self-motivation and ambition;
Ability to meet deadlines with high-quality work;
Excellent written and verbal communication in Azerbaijani and English;
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office tools.
