IT Business Analyst plays a key role in analyzing and optimizing digital payment and transfer solutions for Birbank, the country's first digital bank, serving millions of users. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, enhance user experiences, and ensure seamless integration with financial systems.

Tələblər

3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or payment systems
Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, payment systems and API integrations
Experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
Proficiency in process modeling, requirements management
Understanding of modern software architectures and their business impact
