Vakansiya haqqında
- Lead development and maintenance of the Project Execution Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), integrated schedule, resource plan, cost baseline and project control requirements; ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
- Monitor overall project performance against approved scope, schedule and cost baselines; identify deviations, coordinate recovery actions and escalate matters requiring management decisions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and ensure technical deliverables, reviews, decisions and approvals are completed in line with project requirements and schedule
- The project change control process, ensuring changes are justified, assessed for scope, cost, schedule and risk impacts
- Coordinate preparation of tender and contracting packages and lead PMT input to bid evaluation, clarifications and recommendation processes.
- Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project priorities and schedule and coordinate resolution of technical, commercial and interface matters affecting materials and equipment
- Lead day-to-day integration within the PMT across project controls, engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, quality, HSE and other relevant functions
Xüsusi tələblər
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas projects, preferably in the upstream segment
- Strong practical knowledge of project management methodologies covering integration, scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resources, procurement, change, interfaces and stakeholders
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- PMP certification is highly desirable; other recognized project management certifications are an advantage
