Rigging üzrə inspektor

IRES is seeking a qualified Rigging Inspector for a client operating in the Oil & Gas industry.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry.
• English: Intermediate.
• Azerbaijani: Fluent.
• Ability to plan, execute and report inspections and tests in accordance with Quality Control Plans.
• Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, quality documentation and reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate quality records and update quality databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and quality control activities in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Inspect materials, equipment and construction/installation activities.
• Verify materials and equipment against purchase orders and project specifications.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of delivered materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, preservation, handling, identification and traceability of materials.
• Maintain inspection records, material certificates and quality documentation.
• Prepare Inspection Material Reports, Receiving Inspection Reports and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure inspection and testing records are properly maintained for final As-Built documentation.
• Comply with company HSEQ policies and procedures.
