• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Define activities, durations, dependencies, and resource requirements in line with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Monitor project progress and regularly update the schedule to reflect actual performance
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and critical path analysis
• Collaborate with Cost Engineers to ensure schedule and cost integration
• Assist Project Managers in identifying schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
• Support resource leveling and forecasting efforts
• Provide earned value analysis and contribute to performance reports
• Participate in planning meetings, risk reviews, and status updates
• Maintain planning documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards
• Support schedule input for contract changes and claims

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Project Management (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as planning engineer, preferably in technical or engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, and project controls
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in English is required
