Sound knowledge of relevant commonly used codes therefore required.əYou’ll have experience of:Generating and checking of Process Engineering deliverables (P&IDs, PFD’s Safety Device Calculations, Equipment Sizing, Hydraulic and Control valve sizing Calculations, Datasheets, Line Lists, Cause & Effects, Alarm & Trip, Control & Operating Philosophies, Process Reports and Basis of Design)Sizing and selection of Pressure Safety devices Relief Valves is essential.Specification and selection of Process instruments for Process operation and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF) is essential.Process equipment is essential and to be demonstrable. Typical equipment to be experienced within the role include separators, pumps, heat exchangers, gas compression, vessels, tanks, chemical injection.Calculating and Specifying Process Safety Time for Safety Instrumented systemsWriting and checking system Scopes of work for 3rd party specialist vendorsParticipation in safety studies such as: HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and design safety reviews.Process Simulation Software such as HYSYS and UNISIM. Dynamic simulation experience highly advantageousCalculation of Pressure Surge in process systemsProducing and checking deliverables that conform to all applicable industry engineering codes and standards as well as the client’s policies and procedures relative to the equipment being specified. Sound knowledge of relevant commonly used codes therefore required.Good understanding and calculation experience of AIV and FIV in process systemsGood understanding of CTR (Cost Time Resource) to assist Lead engineer when required for new scopes Xüsusi tələblər BSc or equivalent in relevant Engineering DisciplineChartered Engineer statusSignificant, demonstrable experience in Detailed Design Engineering and Engineering CheckingDetailed understanding of all Engineering disciplinesThorough knowledge and understanding of relevant Oil & Gas Industry Codes and StandardsUnderstand the application of Autodesk Design productsCompetent in the use of MS Office applications
