MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching and Attracting new clients;
- Visiting customers Onsite and consulting them on relevant trade lanes and markets;
- Building and expanding long-term relationships with the existing Customers and new business;
- Cooperation with AsstrA across the globe;
- Development & Control of individual KPI targets - personal sales targets.
- 5+ years experience in sales within freight forwarding industry, with a broad knowledge of most transport modes;
- Deep understanding of the PL market;
- Extensive experience in handling major corporate accounts (Key Account Management clients);
- Comprehensive experience in collaborating with all transport carriers to negotiate contractual rates aligned with current business volumes, and resolving operational issues;
- Ideally a standing book of business;
- Experience in mentoring and training newcomers;
- Exceptional problem solving, communicative skills;
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire your team;
- Proactivity and responsibility;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
