- Lead the development of strategic metrics, including but not limited to Customer/Merchant Lifetime Value and Customer/Merchant Acquisition Cost
- Align and consolidate backlogs across the Ecosystem's business verticals so they support the definition of strategic metrics, and anticipate the related data development and data governance work needed
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Assess, raise, and categorize alarms related to delays or business risks
- Organize stakeholder management by engaging the right parties and ensuring cross-vertical alignment on strategic-metric tasks, including assignees from each vertical and the status of their work
- Keep senior management properly informed and ensure they clearly understand both the current state of new strategic-metric development and the performance of existing metrics
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for management and other stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to support business objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking or a related industry
- Experience with the development of strategic metrics such as Customer/Merchant Lifetime Value and Customer/Merchant Acquisition Cost
- Align and consolidate backlogs across the Ecosystem's business verticals so they support the definition of strategic metrics, and anticipate the related data development and data governance work needed
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, similar) is must
- Coding skills such as Python and R are advantageous.
