О роли
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support the preparation of monthly management reports for management review.
- Support the tracking and analysis of capital expenditures against budgets and forecasts and assist in the preparation of variance analysis.
- Support the implementation of cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide support during internal and/or external audit processes and prepare the required financial information and documentation.
- Assist in developing and maintaining of financial models, analytical tools and processes for financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data required for reporting, budgeting and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience (reporting or consulting experience is a plus; experience in Big4/Big10 companies is an advantage).
- ACCA FA is a must (FR and/or FM is an advantage).
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.
- Strong verbal and written English skills (Russian is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
