Финансовый менеджер

We are urgently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to join a professional team.

Salary: AZN 4,000 NET

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and monitor the company’s annual and monthly budgets;
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and provide relevant financial insights;
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax reports;
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);
• Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including day opening and closing procedures;
• Manage cash flow and financial obligations;
• Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to management;
• Ensure proper organization and control of accounting and finance processes;
• Oversee financial and accounting operations currently performed in 1C;
• Participate in and manage the transition to a new financial/accounting software system;
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Finance team, currently consisting of 2 employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Relevant professional experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a managerial position;
• Strong practical experience in budgeting and financial planning;
• Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations;
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with IFRS;
• Proficiency in 1C;
• Experience in financial reporting and financial analysis;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
