Preparation of all reports for Tax Department (CIT, VAT, WHT, social tax, local taxes, etc.) according to schedule via Tax portals and 1C SystemWork with BTP software for preparation and dispatch of tax reportsRegular communications with Tax authorities, receiving requests and preparing responses in accordance with Company orders and management instructionsPreparation of report on production, shipment of goods and rendering of services for Statistical DepartmentDealing with various documents and issues related to Social Protection FundWork with customs declarations, posting of accounts /accrual of invoices via 1C accounting softwareClassification of expenses (fixed assets, low-value and short-life items, materials and so on) according to the regulations of Azerbaijan RepublicApportionment of freight and custom clearance chargesBank reconciliations, salary, and payment orders General ledger closing activities, monthly billing of revenue in 1C software Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience as account (tax, general, receivable) Professional Accounting Certificate (Azerbaijani certification) compulsoryExperience on senior roles will be advantage Intermediate English proficiency, Azerbaijani language is mandatoryWorking knowledge of 1C softwareSkillsProficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel Proficient in presentation preparation, communication, and writing skillsAbility to work under pressureStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem solvingExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work and interact with personnel at all levels withing the organization
