Conduct financial and economic analysis of investment and CAPEX projects;Evaluate investment opportunities related to fuel stations, oil depots, terminals, CNG facilities, EV charging infrastructure, and other strategic projects;Develop financial models, business cases, and investment justifications;Perform investment valuation using NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, Payback Period, Discounted Payback Period, and other financial methodologies;Assess CAPEX efficiency and support investment prioritization;Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk analyses;Assess CAPEX efficiency and support investment prioritization;Evaluate the financial feasibility of projects and prepare recommendations for senior management;Analyze the profitability and performance of existing business operations and assets;Conduct post-investment performance reviews by comparing actual and planned results;Perform market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis;Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, analytical reports, and management materials. Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Project Finance, or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A);Strong expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, and investment appraisal;Practical experience with NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, sensitivity analysis, and financial forecasting;Good understanding of IFRS and corporate finance principles;Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is mandatory.Strong analytical thinking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is mandatory.
