Aviation Services Group GHC branch is looking for a Finance Manager (with Big4 experience) to join its team.

We are looking to hire a Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance manager is expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature.

To ensure success, Finance Manager should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency and profitability of an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in month-end and year-end closing
• Preparation and review of accounting and financial reports
• Control over AP/AR balances, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation
• Review of accounting entries and allocations
• Participation in budgeting and management reporting processes
• Support in implementation and monitoring of cost control procedures
• Monitoring of operational and administrative expenses
• Cooperation with operational departments regarding expense allocation and supporting documentation
• Participation in external audit and tax reporting processes
• Supervision of accounting operations and support to accounting team

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Big 4 experience is a must
• Experience in Chief Accountant position is preferable
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
• Good understanding of IFRS and accrual accounting principles
• Experience with month-end closing and audits
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, preferably 1C:Enterprise; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced Excel skills
• PMS mandatory
• ACCA/DipIFR/CAP/CIPA as advantage
• English and Russian preferred

Working conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport,
• Work schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 09:00 to 18:00)
• Salary: 5000-6000 AZN Net + benefit package
• The company provides free shuttle transportation from various locations, including Koroglu M/s, Bakikhanov, Amirjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani, and surrounding areas
