О роли
We are currently looking for an experienced Risk Management Senior Specialist to support risk management and business process governance across the Group's subsidiaries. This role is responsible for coordinating the BPU programme, monitoring key risk indicators, supporting risk assessments, maintaining risk and audit registers, and preparing risk management reports for senior management and the Risk Management Committee. The position will also contribute to strengthening risk management practices, business process governance, and the implementation of the three-lines-of-defence model across the Group.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A professional qualification or certification in Risk Management or Internal Audit (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, internal controls, or business process management.
- Proven hands-on experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), risk assessment, KRI monitoring, risk registers, RCSA, and risk reporting.
- Good understanding of business process documentation, process mapping, and process improvement.
- Experience in preparing risk management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management is an advantage.
- Experience in the agriculture sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Azerbaijani: Fluent (written and spoken); English: Professional working proficiency; Russian: Advantageous.
