Corporate Development & Investor Relations Leading Specialist

We are looking for a Corporate Development & Investor Relations Leading Specialist to support strategic initiatives across M&A, capital raising, business planning, and investor communications. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, contribute to corporate development projects, prepare management and investor presentations, and support financial analysis and modelling activities that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.

• Supporting senior team members on M&A and capital raising projects
• Preparing internal and external investor presentations
• Assisting with business plan preparation and updates
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Contributing to various strategic and corporate development initiatives

Tələblər

• Experience in Investment Banking, M&A boutiques, or Big 4 advisory
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent English
• Experience in fintech or FIG advisory would be considered an advantage.
