О роли

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, shareholder agreements, franchise agreements, framework agreements, PPPs, etc.).
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, investment, land, construction, and regulatory matters.
Support healthcare licensing and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and review corporate documentation, legal opinions, governance materials, and regulatory analyses.
Participate in investment transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring projects.
Coordinate with government authorities, external legal advisors, investors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on business operations.

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
LL.M. from an internationally recognized foreign university is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm or corporate environment.
Excellent legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and spoken).
