Tax Specialist

Job Duties:

• Preparation of Tax reports and submission to state bodies: Mining Tax, VAT, WHT, Road Tax, Property tax, Profit Tax
• Preparation of various statistic reports and submission to state bodies
• Review of all foreign invoices for WHT calculation and reporting purposes;
• Review of the local invoices to identify the non-deductible expenses;
• Supporting the accounting team and others in tax related topics;
• Preparation of tax payments
• Participation in month closing process
• Reconciliation of accrued and paid tax vs statement from tax account
• Supporting the Tax manager during annual external audit
• Participation in transfer pricing study and country by country report preparation
• Respond to the letters/requests from Tax authorities
• Reveal of any inconsistency should be reported to CFO directly
• Any other tasks time from time may be assigned

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in finance, economics, business administration or any other related field
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Native in Azerbaijani, good written and spoken English
