What You'll Do:
- Ensure compliance with Data Center security, operational procedures, and corporate policies while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage insurance-related incidents, coordinate investigations, and collaborate with government authorities and external stakeholders when required.
- Proactively identify operational risks and vulnerabilities across Data Centers, radio base stations, and other critical infrastructure to enhance resilience and business continuity.
- Oversee the activities of internal teams and contractors within the Data Center, ensuring compliance with security standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate and support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams to strengthen operational resilience and infrastructure readiness.
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure the reliability of security and environmental monitoring systems, including CCTV, access control, fire detection, water leak detection, humidity, and temperature monitoring.
- Implement health checks, automated alerts, and monitoring dashboards to improve infrastructure availability and operational excellence.
- Support backup and disaster recovery strategies by coordinating testing activities and validating infrastructure readiness.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Security Management, Audit, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience leading IT projects or delivering IT/security infrastructure and integration solutions.
- Experience in incident management, operational risk assessment, crisis management, or critical infrastructure operations is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, fire protection, and DCIM platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, ITIL, PMP, CCNA, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent planning, documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
