About the Role

The Network / VoIP Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, performance, and uninterrupted operation of the company's network and IP telephony infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment
• Manage and configure Firewalls, NAT, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
• Monitor network performance and analyze network traffic using tools such as Zabbix and Wireshark
• Manage VoIP, SIP Trunk, and IP telephony systems
• Configure and support Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or other IP-PBX systems
• Diagnose and resolve network and telephony-related issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the security, reliability, and continuous availability of the network infrastructure

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in network administration
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, and Switching
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper, or similar network technologies
• Experience working with Firewalls, NAT, and Access Control Lists
• Practical knowledge of SIP, VoIP, SIP Trunk, and IP Telephony
• Experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or other IP-PBX systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Zabbix and Wireshark
• CCNA or a similar certification is an advantage
