Старший консультант SAP DRC

We are seeking a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to join our team as a close partner to the Product Owner, supporting the end-to-end planning and execution of audit processes on the platform.
Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Product Owner: translate business requirements into functional specifications, prioritize backlog items, and help shape the product roadmap
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management from scratch to enable audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings/issue tracking
• Support tax audit planning and execution processes within the tool, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders (audit teams, tax/compliance functions, IT) to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows
• Support testing cycles (functional/UAT) and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting as part of an agile delivery team
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for audit management functionality
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI, or SAP GRC
• Expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications and shaping product roadmaps
• Skills in configuring and supporting audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings/issue tracking
• Knowledge of tax audit planning and execution processes within compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Understanding of testing cycles (functional/UAT) and defect resolution coordination with technical teams
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including audit teams, tax/compliance functions, and IT
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
  

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Tax Compliance or Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Background in internal audit, tax, or accounting (CA/CPA or equivalent) combined with SAP exposure
• Prior experience in multi-vendor / distributed delivery environments
