Have a strong knowledge of the offshore and onshore oil & gas business but similar transferrable industries skills will be also considered in lieu of specific O&G experience.Be technically competent in own discipline and actively maintains own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development.Liaise closely with other disciplines to ensure all equipment requirements are addressed in the design, specification of equipment, construction sequencing and commissioning.Participate in safety studies such as: HAZID and design safety reviews.Provide value adding knowledge to constructability reviews and take consideration of layout restrictions, ergonomics, safety, utilities and maintainability.Generate and check calculations against design code and best practice. Xüsusi tələblər BSc or equivalent in relevant Engineering DisciplineChartered Engineer status preferredSignificant, demonstrable experience in Detailed Design Engineering and Engineering CheckingDetailed understanding of all Engineering disciplinesKnowledge and understanding of relevant Oil & Gas Industry Codes and StandardsUnderstand the application of Autodesk Design productsCompetent in the use of MS Office applications
