• Deliver complex mechanical engineering scopes across Concept, FEED, Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up phases.
• Lead the development, review, and approval of mechanical engineering deliverables, including specifications, datasheets, requisitions, calculations, and drawings ensuring technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Provide technical expertise in static and rotating equipment design and selection, developing safe, reliable, operable, and cost-effective mechanical engineering solutions.
• Support Concept selection, Design reviews, Risk assessments, HAZOPs, and technical assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable industry codes and standards throughout all phases of project execution.
• Coordinate with process, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil/structural disciplines to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Support procurement activities through technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and equipment selection.
• Review vendor documentation, technical queries, inspection reports, and manufacturing records, and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning activities, and technical issue resolution.
• Provide technical support during FAT, SAT, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement within the mechanical discipline.
  

Xüsusi tələblər

• Engineering Degree, preferably Master’s, in mechanical engineering.
• Significant prior experience in designing static and rotating equipment.
• 8-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with recognized technical expertise.
• Good working knowledge of Upstream Engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.)
• Professional Membership or Chartership preferred.
• Brownfield upstream experience preferred
