- Prepare completion programs, procedures, and technical specifications
- Provide technical support during completion operations and well interventions
- Evaluate and integrate new completion technologies where appropriate
- Ensure well integrity standards are applied throughout the lifecycle
- Work closely with drilling, subsurface, and operations teams to align well objectives

- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of completions engineering experience, including offshore operations
- Proven track record of delivering complex completion designs safely and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of well integrity standards and international best practices
- Excellent communication, planning, and technical leadership skills
- Fluent English; Azerbaijani is an advantage
