About the job:

• Our company is seeking a specialist responsible for organizing and improving measurement, inspection, and testing activities within production and integration processes. The candidate will contribute to quality control, development of measurement systems, and management of technical testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional, geometrical, pressure, visual, mass, and electrical inspections during production and integration stages.
• Define measurement and testing methods and ensure the development and improvement of related equipment, fixtures, and software solutions.
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and prepare related reports.
• Participate in the preparation of technical requirements for new projects and support acceptance and qualification processes.
• Ensure the implementation and integration of testing and inspection methods into technical documentation.
• Conduct conformity assessments for non-conforming products.
• Participate in testing and trial activities during design, integration, and mass production stages.
• Support process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Review and approve conformity assessment forms and acceptance reports.
• Prepare and deliver training on the proper use of measurement and testing equipment.
• Participate in supplier qualification and source inspection activities.
• Ensure compliance of inspection and testing activities with international standards (ISO, ASME, IPC, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in measurement, quality control, or testing is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO/ASME/IPC standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work with measurement and testing equipment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate activities.
• Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
