Description

• Monitor and inspect all electrical installation activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Implement and follow the approved Quality Control Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project-specific quality procedures for electrical works.
• Conduct inspections for electrical installations, materials, and equipment at various stages of construction and record inspection results.
• Coordinate with Electrical Site Engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to address quality issues and non-conformities.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all electrical materials and equipment delivered to site comply with approved submittals and specifications.
• Witness testing, inspection, and commissioning activities for electrical systems and verify compliance with standards.
• Maintain proper quality records, inspection reports, test results, and handover documentation.
• Assist in preparation of as-built documentation, test certificates, and final handover dossiers.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Specific areas of expertise:

• Electrical quality control, inspections, testing and commissioning, and QA/QC documentation.

Work experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical quality control roles on construction projects.

Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):

• Fluent in Azerbaijani; Intermediate English
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD;

Special Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality compliance
• Good knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and testing procedures
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadlines
