О роли
- Provide piping and mechanical engineering support throughout all project phases, including Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
- Review Engineering Contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with the approved design basis, Company requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Review piping engineering documents, including design basis, specifications, piping material classes, line lists, layouts, general arrangements, isometrics, support drawings, stress analysis reports, and material take-offs.
- Review mechanical engineering documents for static equipment, including datasheets, specifications, calculations, drawings, and requisition packages for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, filters, and other static equipment.
- Review vendor technical proposals, calculations, drawings, datasheets, fabrication procedures, inspection and test plans, manuals, and other vendor documents.
- Develop piping and static mechanical engineering scopes of work and support technical bid evaluations, technical clarifications, and vendor selection.
- Review piping design requirements, including material selection, wall thickness, pressure rating, corrosion allowance, flexibility, stress analysis, supports, and equipment nozzle loads.
- Review equipment and piping layouts to ensure safe access, maintainability, constructability, operability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate piping and mechanical interfaces with process, civil, structural, instrumentation and control, electrical, corrosion and materials, technical safety, and other relevant disciplines.
- Participate in design reviews, 3D model reviews, layout reviews, interface meetings, and resolution of technical queries, deviations, and design changes.
- Support vendor inspections, FAT, fabrication, site installation, pressure testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and equipment acceptance activities.
- Monitor the quality and progress of piping and mechanical engineering deliverables and ensure documentation is updated and issued as-built.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant piping and static mechanical engineering experience in the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sector.
- Experience in Concept, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and start-up projects, including review of Engineering Contractor and vendor deliverables.
- Good knowledge of piping design, materials, flexibility and stress analysis, piping supports, and static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers.
- Good knowledge of applicable international piping and mechanical codes and standards. Offshore and/or onshore oil and gas project experience is preferred.
- Proactivity, responsibility, and being able to work in a structured environment.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English.
