Position Overview
The CAMO Engineer is responsible for supporting the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) in ensuring that aircraft and their components remain airworthy, compliant with applicable aviation regulations, and maintained in accordance with the technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor continuing airworthiness of assigned aircraft;
- Plan and monitor scheduled maintenance, aircraft hours/cycles, and life-limited components;
- Review technical records, maintenance documentation, defects, and deferred items;
- Coordinate with MROs, maintenance teams, manufacturers, and aviation authorities;
- Support reliability monitoring, technical investigations, audits, and corrective actions;
- Maintain accurate CAMO records and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field;
- 2–5 years of relevant CAMO, aircraft maintenance, or engineering experience;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders;
- Strong time management, organization, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
- Proactive, responsible, safety-focused, and adaptable attitude.
