• Supervise the electrical installations on construction sites.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams for proper execution
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper installation and workmanship quality
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and manpower data
• Identify site execution challenges and propose timely solutions
• Enforce on-site health and safety compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience, preferably in real estate.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
