• Performing first line maintenance, troubleshooting when Maintenance team is not on duty
• Manage, supervise and execute maintenance and inspection as well as support activities 24/7.
• Lead and co-ordinates the maintenance and inspection operations
• Manage the Maintenance and Inspection Services contracts in place for offshore operations by dealing with resident maintenance and Inspection issues in timely way working with maintenance staff
• Provide assistance for the operations, supervise the site Maintenance and Inspection Services and conduct proper follow-through on all maintenance and inspection issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and inspection or repair tasks, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• İnforms the persons concerned, by appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance and inspection operations and, if necessary, of difficulties encountered.
• Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance and inspection personnel, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Assist with site environmental conformance as well as hazardous material programs.
• Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
• Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked, organized following company colour coded program.
• Inspect regularly machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, non-functioning lights, broken pieces along with exposed wiring.
• Participate in maintenance and inspection employees’ schedules as per forecasted workloads.
• Perform with maintenance and inspection employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives.
• Investigate and implement new technologies or methods to improve maintenance and inspection efficiency, asset integrity and reduce environmental impact.

Tələblər

• Education: Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma (HND (A-levels + 3 years’ study))
• Minimum Experience: more than 10 years of experience in Maintenance of oil & gas facilities including management positions on offshore sites.
• Required Skills: Maintenance of Oil & Gas Facilities / Management of Offshore facilities / Proficient in using and troubleshooting industrial platforms such as: Rotating (compressors, pumps, fans, etc.) and static (vessels, heat exchangers, isolation and regulation valves) equipment / Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD) and Fire & Gas Systems (F&G)
