О роли

Manage and direct all construction activities at remote oil and gas field sites.
Oversee civil and structural engineering works within complex project scopes.
Ensure reporting and execution align with the strict standards of oil and gas majors.
Maintain effective communication across multicultural teams and subcontractors.
Resolve on-site conflicts quickly using strong people management skills.
Enforce flawless implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 7 to 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically with industry majors.
Site Experience: Proven track record of working at remote, isolated locations or under rotation schedules.
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, leadership, and people management abilities.
Language: Fluent English (required for international oil and gas project standards); Russian and/or Turkish are preferable
