О роли
Operational Support
- Support workshop, logistics, stores, purchasing, and certification activities to ensure operational requirements are met safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Work closely with Operations Supervisors to understand equipment requirements and activity levels, ensuring resources are available to meet operational demands.
- Assist with the timely procurement of goods and services required to support customer and operational needs.
- Coordinate equipment tracking and certification to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Liaise with the Procurement department to identify and develop cost-effective supply sources and achieve savings opportunities.
- Support the implementation of purchasing controls, standardisation initiatives, and best practices across the business.
- Maintain agreed inventory levels and ensure effective stock control processes, including:
- Stock rotation
- Cycle counting
- Stock takes
- Inventory reporting
- Ensure stores and purchasing procedures remain current, effective, and compliant with company requirements.
Resource & Asset Management
- Assist in planning and allocating equipment and workshop resources to support operational activity.
- Promote inter-base and inter-company collaboration to maximise equipment utilisation and resource sharing across the region and wider organisation.
- Ensure equipment, tools, plant, and materials are fit for purpose, properly maintained, and available when required.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Expro Quality Management Systems, company procedures, and applicable industry standards.
- Participate in operational and safety meetings, sharing information on policies, procedures, technology developments, and business initiatives.
- Ensure all incidents, near misses, and non-conformances are accurately reported, investigated, and corrective actions implemented.
- Identify and address risks to personnel, assets, and the environment, taking appropriate corrective action when required.
- Support the maintenance, inspection, calibration, and servicing requirements for operational equipment.

- Minimum 3 years' experience within a workshop support, stores, logistics, procurement, or operational support environment.
- Engineering qualification or equivalent technical discipline.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience in inventory control and procurement processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Experience working within the oil and gas, energy, or related industrial sector.
- Knowledge of equipment certification and asset tracking systems.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Understanding of quality management systems and HSE requirements.
