О роли
Responsibilities
- Support the Vessel Management Team with asset maintenance and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update maintenance management systems (CMMS, MOCA, DMF, ATR).
- Monitor maintenance work orders, equipment status, and failure reports.
- Support maintenance planning and execution for offshore assets.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate material requests, document control, and timesheet follow-up.
- Maintain equipment and certification registers.
- Ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
- Strong knowledge of asset maintenance and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Good understanding of maintenance processes, documentation, and technical reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an offshore environment.

- Location: Offshore Construction Vessel
- Rotation: 3-month offshore assignment
