We are an Agile team, developing revolutionary and innovative products, launching emerging financial technologies and end-to-end high-tech solutions. In the role of Backend Developer, you will work within our cross-functional team to develop, improve and expand the services that power all of our products. You will be focused primarily on adding to and improving our feature set while contributing to ongoing efforts around codebase modernization.

• Develop, maintain, and improve backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, product owners, and engineering team members.
• Participate in solution design and technical decision-making.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure efficient data management, database design, and database migrations.
• Work with message brokers and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system stability.
• Contribute to improving development processes, coding standards, and deployment practices.
  
  

Tələblər

• 3+ years of experience in backend development for high-performance applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Fundamental knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with message-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech, banking, or similar high-load domains.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, profiling, and application monitoring.
• Experience with microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience with observability tools such as logging, metrics, tracing, or monitoring platforms.
