Middle+ AI Agentic QA Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Middle+ AI Agentic QA Automation Engineer to build AI-assisted workflows for QA automation. The role focuses on AI coding agents, agent orchestration, generated code/test validation, mobile and API automation, and test coverage.

The goal is to accelerate the delivery of automation and make AI agents useful, controllable, and repeatable for the team. You will work with architects, R&D engineers, and QA teams to decompose tasks for AI-assisted execution, validate generated solutions, and create reusable practices.

Java is preferred. C# is also relevant, especially with strong experience in Appium and automation architecture. Experience with both Java and C# is a strong advantage. The product context includes Unity-based applications. Appium and RestAssured are required; AltUnity Tester is a strong plus.

What You Will Do

- Configure and orchestrate AI coding agents.

- Design AI-assisted workflows for automation development.

- Break down automation tasks for agents.

- Manage prompts, context, feedback loops, and validation patterns.

- Review and improve AI-generated code, tests, and technical solutions.

- Work with Mobile automation for Android and iOS.

- Work with API automation

- Grafana dashboards

- Improve mobile automation frameworks, stability, and maintainability.

- Work with frontend/backend automation in a mobile context.

- Support coverage gaps, regression value, and risk-based automation.

- Create reusable workflows, prompts, examples, and guides.

Must-Have

- Java and/or C# development; Java is preferred.

- Middle+ hands-on level or higher.

- Hands-on work with Jira and TestRail API

- Strong QA automation or SDET background.

- Practical Appium experience.

- API automation.

- CI/CD.

- Automation framework experience.

- Practical AI coding tools or AI-assisted workflow experience.

- Ability to decompose tasks for AI-assisted execution.

- Ability to validate and improve AI-generated code or tests.

- Understanding of frontend/backend automation and coverage.

- Strong communication and knowledge-sharing.

- English level: B2 or higher.

Will be a plus

- Configuring Grafana dashboards

- Experience configuring or orchestrating AI agents.

- MCP, tool calling, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI, LangChain4j, GitHub Spec Kit, or similar.

- Experience with both Java and C#.

- AltUnity Tester experience.

- Emulators, device farms, or labs.

- Guidelines, workshops, or onboarding experience.

Nice to Have

- Unity development.

- Gaming or live-service experience.

- Rapid prototyping, R&D, QA tooling, or framework migration.
