• Front end komandalarının texniki fəaliyyətinə və standartlara rəhbərlik etmək

This role leads the development of the company's frontend technologies, ensures the design of system and component architectures, oversees the creation of high-performance and secure web applications focused on user experience, manages the technical team, and drives the implementation of innovative solutions. The leader plays a key role in shaping technology strategy, developing the team, and fostering effective cross-departmental collaboration to advance the company's digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and set standards for frontend teams

• Apply component architecture and performance-driven design principles to optimize user experience

• Select and implement modern JavaScript frameworks, build systems, and UI libraries

• Support the growth of junior and mid-level developers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and code reviews

• Ensure code quality, test coverage, accessibility, and SEO compliance with standards

• Plan, track, and report on frontend tasks in line with Agile methodologies

• Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, design, and product teams

Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Deep experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG, App Router, Server Components)

• State management using Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API

• Advanced skills in GraphQL and Apollo Client for complex queries and optimization

• Component structuring and type safety with TypeScript

• Advanced CSS with Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Sass, BEM methodology

• Performance optimization using Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Lazy loading, Code splitting

• Testing and quality assurance with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright

• Accessibility and SEO knowledge: WCAG standards, semantic HTML, SSR techniques

• CI/CD and DevOps experience with Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Actions, Docker (frontend containerization)
