О роли

We are looking for an experienced HSE Training Officer to join a professional team within the Oil & Gas industry.

Work Location: Base Office (approximately 30 km from the city centre)

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver HSE training courses and HSE campaigns;
  • Plan internal HSE training programs and maintain training schedules;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Implement HSE initiatives, campaigns, and related tools;
  • Maintain and regularly update HSE training matrices;
  • Ensure HSE training materials are available and updated in line with corporate and project requirements;
  • Maintain and update HSE Campaign Plans;
  • Deliver training in accordance with approved training plans and learning outcomes;
  • Structure training programs according to learners’ needs and different training environments;
  • Monitor HSE training statistics and ensure at least 80% of mandatory training is delivered in accordance with the training matrix;
  • Contribute to the improvement of training materials, presentations, and questionnaires;
  • Participate in incident investigations when required;
  • Coordinate training arrangements with relevant departments, including training plans, venues, and attendees;
  • Develop tools and methods to monitor and assess training effectiveness;
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable HSEQ policies, procedures, and requirements;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry;
  • Fluent English and Azerbaijani;
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills;
  • Up-to-date technical competence within the relevant field;
  • Professional training qualification from a recognized certifying body;
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
