Специалист по охране труда и технике безопасности (offshore)

О роли
Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel
Contract Duration: 1-year renewable
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all offshore activities are carried out in accordance with HSE procedures, plans, and company standards.
- Administer and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
- Deliver HSE inductions and safety training.
- Carry out regular HSE inspections and audits.
- Monitor subcontractors' HSE performance.
- Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
- Promote HSE awareness and ensure compliance with company HSEQ policies.
- Prepare HSE reports, maintain documentation, and monitor HSE KPIs.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the Oil & Gas Construction industry.
- Mandatory offshore experience.
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
- Experience delivering HSE training and induction programs.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of:
- Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Risk Assessment & Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Working at Height safety
- Electrical hazards
- HSE Management Systems
