Subcontractor Management: Supervise and monitor catering (canteen), cleaning, landscaping, and other outsourced contractor services. Fleet Coordination: Coordinate the operations and management of corporate vehicles. Technical & Facility Maintenance: Organize and oversee the maintenance and operations of the boiler room, pump room, ventilation systems, plumbing, and general repair works. Team Leadership: Manage and direct the administrative department staff. Xüsusi tələblər Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in facility management or administrative operations. Education: Higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
