Overall Purpose of the Job

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Supervisor 2 – Subsea to join our offshore operations team in Turkey. This role is responsible for supervising subsea operations and leading offshore personnel in the safe preparation, deployment, and operation of subsea equipment in support of Expro operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures while delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Activities And Accountabilities

• Supervise offshore subsea operations, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with the Subsea Operating Manual
• Lead and support offshore teams in the preparation, operation, and maintenance of subsea equipment
• Ensure all equipment is inspected, compliant, and technically suitable for the planned operation
• Coordinate well-site support activities to facilitate safe and continuous operations
• Lead and encourage participation in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and operational planning meetings
• Liaise professionally with client representatives, maintaining strong working relationships and delivering excellent customer service
• Attend operational meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project delivery and performance
• Ensure all company and client documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
• Support onshore activities when required, including equipment preparation, returns, and operational reporting
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing technical knowledge and supporting competency development
• Work towards completing competency requirements for current and future career progression
  
  

Job Knowledge And Qualifications

You are a highly motivated subsea professional with strong technical expertise, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational performance.

Essential Requirements

• Formal technical qualification in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years' technical experience, preferably within the subsea industry.
• Practical operational experience with Electro-Hydraulic and/or Direct Hydraulic equipment.
• Technical knowledge gained through competency progression within a subsea operational environment.
• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of offshore operational procedures and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
