О роли

Ensure that production planning, material management, and warehouse logistics processes are carried out in compliance with GMP rules
Create production plans in line with production planning policies and be responsible for their execution
Execute and ensure the execution of processes within SAP/PP/MM modules
Manage documentation processes related to the production planning department
Participate in system setup, development, and improvement projects
Ensure daily work plans are prepared and followed when necessary
Ensure material requirements planning is carried out
Monitor warehouse processes (inbound-outbound, stock, inventory counting, etc.)
Coordinate all necessary activities to ensure orders are produced on time and efficiently
Monitor production processes, review activity reports, measure production times, determine standard times, and allocate resources accordingly
Take measures to improve planning efficiency
Support efficient utilization of the production planning team workforce and warehouse inventories

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning and/or Warehouse Logistics
Preferably experienced in manufacturing industries (pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, chemicals, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office applications; experienced with ERP systems; preferably knowledgeable in SAP
Good command of English
Experience in different projects; strong team player
Open to change and development; proactive in leadership; adaptable to system setup and system management processes
