О роли
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and procurement best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tendering, request-for-quotation (RFQ), request-for-proposal (RFP), and supplier selection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani; good knowledge of English and Russian
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities to ensure the timely fulfillment of the company's purchasing requirements in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Obtain, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate and participate in tendering, quotation, and procurement processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation while monitoring the approval workflow.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures and contribute to their continuous review and improvement.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain procurement records and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of and experience with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and procurement procedures.
- Experience in tendering, quotation, and request-for-proposal (RFP/RFQ) processes.
Working conditions:
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 10:00 till 19:00).
- The company provides free service transportation from Koroglu m/s
- Salary: 2200 azn net
