About the Role
- ACIS Distribution Azerbaijan is looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for the Fujifilm Instax brand in Azerbaijan.
- This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, branding, events, social media, and photography. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, developing partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, execute, and report on monthly marketing activities and events.
- Demonstrate Fujifilm Instax products and provide expert product consultations during company events and promotional activities.
- Develop and promote the Fujifilm Instax showroom by increasing visitor traffic, supporting sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Develop and execute the brand's Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategy, manage social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor performance, and grow audience engagement across digital platforms.
- Develop and implement the overall brand marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and produce post-campaign performance reports.
- Maintain records and oversee the inventory of product samples and demonstration equipment.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and coordinate collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Build and strengthen co-marketing initiatives with retail and business partners.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media performance, and promotional activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, event management, or digital marketing.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, or strategic partners is an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Interest in photography, cameras, and consumer electronics is considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (native), Russian, and English is required.
